Christ
With Paul, the Paulinian says: Christ is my life (Phil 1:21); It is no longer I who lives but Christ who lives in me. (Gal. 2: 20)

Commission
Like Paul, the Paulinian by her baptism, is commissioned to share the Good News of Christ to all through the witness of life, word and deed. (2 Tim. 4: 2-5). The realization that he/she has a mission gives the Paulinian a sense of responsibility and a fidelity to duty even in small humble tasks.

Community
For Paul, the Church, the community of all who have been justified in Christ, is the one nation belonging to Christ (Rom 1:6), the one body with Christ as Head (Eph 4:2-5, 15). The Paulinian contributes to the building of the body of Christ the charism he/she has received preserving the unity in the Spirit (1 Cor 12). The Paulinian is thus a “community person” and a “Church person” respecting tradition and the magisterium of the Church.

Charism
There is a variety of gifts, but always the same spirit (1 Cor 12:4). The Paulinian imitates Paul in his recognition of and respect for the gifts given to each person. He/she realizes that each gift is for a different purpose but, all for building of the community (1 Cor 12:4). The Paulinian accepts the uniqueness of his/her own talents, developing them to the full so that they can better serve their purposes. Yet always, he/she seeks the higher gifts (1 Cor 13:13).

Charity
For the Paulinian, following Christ means loving everyone the way Christ loves (Eph 5:1-5). Christ’s love is the motivating force, the power that drives the Paulinian’s life as embodied in the Paulinian motto,
